Two renowned chefs from Melbourne, the food capital of the world, who have gone through extensive training and experience in their careers have come together to create TWO BROWN ANGUS. Chef John Ikhtear & Chef Joshua John emerge from the world of fine dining with a vision to bring a quality gourmet burger experience to Melbourne.

Set to open in March or Arpil 2018, Two Brown Angus looks forward to see you and your family. We are excited to get started and are down to the finishing touches. We’ll keep you up to date on our progress here.


Locally sourced

Our Angus Beef is sourced locally from Bimbella Beef in the Riverina. The Weir family have been beef cattle producers in Australia for 5 generations, passionate about producing the best premium quality beef and lamb for the community.

Our Angus Beef

Our Angus Beef is farmed on an 1100 acre irrigation property on the fertile loam plains of the Riverina. Using sustainable farming practices to care for the environment, we ensure continued productivity for future generations. The cattle are handled quietly, gently and using professional animal husbandry.

Why Angus Beef?

In Australia, we are blessed with the availability of pasture fed meat. Angus beef have significant muscle content which means the meat has greater marbling qualities making for a high quality premium cut.

No Additives

The cattle graze for 12-16 months predominately on clover and lucerne pastures with no growth hormones or promotants & no antibiotics. Once the meat is cut by professional butchers, the meat is aged to ensure tenderness and flavour.

With meat specially sourced from a local Victorian Angus Cattle farm and the perfect blend of high quality lean cuts – you can expect a burger like nothing you’ve ever tasted before.
